About
Hi! Welcome. I enjoy learning about my clients and helping them figure out how to be happier and more productive. My focus is treating trauma, anxiety, addictions, depression or ADD. Many people have a combination of these issues. Don't think you are alone, most people have something going on. I know it is sometimes uncomfortable to contact a therapist especially if you have a history of trauma. I have been told I am easy to talk to. I listen to my clients and actively work on approaches to help. I take most insurance panels including Medicaid to help with the cost of therapy.
I do regular counseling and brain based therapies such as neurofeedback and EMDR. I have good results with many different issues. There is hope for most of my clients.
I know COVID is affecting many people. I am offering teletherapy to help. I also take most Ohio Medicaid panels to help those that have recently gone on Medicaid due to job loss (and those on for other reasons) as well as most other panels to help my clients with the cost of therapy.
