About
Finding the right therapist is the first step towards healing and the relief of your pain. A trusting relationship is the essence of effective treatment. You need to feel connected and understood in order to share your internal world. My empathic capacities will enable you to feel safe enough to explore the problems which have hindered your life and relationships. My perspective is informed by contemporary relational psychoanalysis and I use psychodynamic methods to help us understand what makes you into you and recognize your potential, so you can become freer to change and be the author of your own life story.
I have completed a four-year post graduate training program in psychoanalysis and psychotherapy and a one-year program in trauma studies. I have worked with individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds and have particular expertise in trans-generational trauma, immigration and acculturation, anxiety, depression and relational issues.
I am bilingual and can conduct treatment in both English and Hebrew.
