I am a licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas. I specialize in helping others figure out the causes of their frustrations, anger, anxiety, and lack of resources in dealing with their problems. I'm so happy that you reached out for help. I have vast experience working with those who suffer from depression, self-esteem issues, and anxiety. I also have a wealth of experience working with those struggling with phobias, self-worth, poor relationships, and grief. Being practical in therapy, I tend to encourage clients to do outside work to enhance the therapeutic process.
