Body-centered experiential movement group.
This group works on a 10-week, 1-hour session basis. The group is somatic and mindfulness-based incorporating Gestalt, Core-Energetics, and Authentic Movement activities. The intention is for participants to develop a tolerance for staying with body sensations, exploring reactions, and having the opportunity to discover new things and resources within themselves as members of a group. The group fits best for clients interested in somatic/mindfulness work, dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and people who want to continue on their path of personal growth and awareness.
