I have a background in Christian Counseling and integrate Christian principles into therapy, according to my client's comfort level. I have experience in both spiritual and secular environments.
By providing a safe space where my clients can be authentic, vulnerable, and honest, we can move forward and meet life's difficulties head on. Homework will be given to help assist clients in grounding themselves in the present, while acknowledging past hurts, and preparing for a healthier future.
