Are you a mental health practitioner or a student seeking to deepen your self-awareness and enhance your skills to become a more effective therapist? I am a trauma-informed therapist and certified mindfulness teacher. My approach is rooted in psychodynamic therapy, designed to strengthen your coping skills by helping you regulate emotions, gain clarity in your thoughts, and explore how your childhood experiences have shaped the person you are today. Together, we will work towards reducing reactivity to life’s stressors while cultivating mindfulness and meaningful insight into how you navigate your life.

We we will begin with a trial period: I will attentively listen to you, and you will assess if you feel comfortable with me. The next phase will involve addressing the issues you have presented by processing difficult emotions, examining thought patterns, and developing new skills for emotional adaptation to your life.

If you choose to contact me, what should you expect? If we decide to work together, we will engage in short-term therapy (12-18 weeks). Upon completing therapy, we will evaluate the outcomes of our collaboration. If necessary, we may transition into long-term therapy to modify repetitive behavioral patterns and develop your personality traits and virtues.
