Hello, I’m a therapist at Ellie Mental Health of Naples. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, and specialize in supporting those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, identity development, life transitions, and more. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can speak openly, feel understood in their unique experiences, and build greater confidence, resilience, and hope for the future.

I offer a compassionate, bilingual approach that helps clients feel understood and supported. Using person‑centered, solution‑focused, and cognitive‑behavioral techniques, I work with each client to build coping skills, explore concerns, and create meaningful steps toward positive change.
