My ideal client is ready for things to feel better - whether that's a kiddo dealing with big feelings, a teen working through anxiety or past hurt, or an adult just trying to keep it all together. They want someone in their corner who really gets it and won't judge. They're looking for tools that actually work in real life, not just theory. Most importantly, they want hope - to believe they can feel good again and handle whatever comes their way. My dream is helping them get to that place where they're thriving and confident enough to say "I've got this now!" That's when I know we've done something special together.

I believe you're the expert on your own life. I'm just here to help you see your strengths and build on them. Therapy with you NOT at you. With training in trauma work, PCIT, ABA and experience across all ages, I bring real tools that fit your life, not a textbook. My job isn't to have all the answers, it's to help you find yours.
