I offer a compassionate, collaborative approach for adults healing from trauma, anxiety, and people-pleasing. I'm informed by polyvagal theory which is how our nervous system is impacted by safety and connection. I use strengths-based, values-focused approaches like ACT, narrative therapy, and EMDR.
