If you’ve spent most of your life being the “strong one,” taking care of others, and figuring things out on your own, then reaching out for therapy might feel unfamiliar. You may be someone who analyzes everything and understands exactly why you feel the way you do—yet you still find yourself stuck in the same patterns. Maybe you struggle to say "no", worry about disappointing people, or lose sight of what you want while trying to keep everyone else happy. Together, we can create a space where you don’t have to perform, please, or have all the answers.
I offer a compassionate, collaborative approach for adults healing from trauma, anxiety, and people-pleasing. I'm focusing on providing EMDR therapy for trauma recovery. I'm happy to explain this in more depth! I love including somatics like breath work, meditation, and even walk and talk therapy into sessions at a client's request.
