You’ve done a lot to survive what you’ve been through, so it makes sense that some parts of life can feel heavy or overwhelming. I work with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress and identity shifts. Many of my clients are "high-functioning", but feel exhausted, disconnected, or “not good enough”. My therapy style is warm, direct and collaborative; I balance compassion with practical tools, so sessions feel supportive and productive. I help clients build emotional regulation skills, strengthen boundaries, reduce shame and improve communication in relationships.

We’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface while also building concrete skills you can use immediately, especially when emotions feel intense, thoughts feel intrusive or patterns in relationships keep repeating.
