Many people seek counseling as they attempt to face moments throughout their life when they feel in need of a connection with others. People who can help them build their strengths and ultimately, their resilience. We believe in the power of resilience. A person’s journey may be filled with many struggles, and it is their resilience that sees them through the toughest challenges. We work with people to offer the support, assistance, and connection that may be needed to continue a fulfilling journey.

Through the use of various treatment modalities including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Intensives and others, we will partner with you to assist in identifying your personal goals and assist in decreasing the suffering from any previous experiences that may be causing emotional and thought barriers in your life.

We utilize a respectful, trauma-informed, non-judgmental approach to the strengths-based focus and foundation of our practice. Additionally, we offer services in English and Spanish and are also now scheduling 1-5 day EMDR Intensives Sessions with free 20-minute consultations.
