My passion is in connecting clients to their inner process - what is trying to happen - as demonstrated by their symptoms. Once we discover the issue and address it, the symptoms no longer need to be present. This approach is from a type of Jungian psychotherapy called Process Oriented Psychology, which holds as its premise that there is always something right about what is going on in our lives - our process. It also includes a mixture of some Taoism and Buddhism, and can include work with body symptoms, dreams, and relationships. I look forward to talking with you to see how I might help you resolve your personal issues.
I work with talk therapy, but can also include dream work, body symptoms, guided imagery, and journaling, and some art therapy. I will follow the client’s process to see what is needed most. I can also offer after care for substance abuse issues, and eating disorders. I share a caring and supportive approach to assist my clients to realize their potential
