If your home life was chaotic or straight up disturbing and now you're a nervous perfectionist let's talk. My client's wish for emotional stability. They worry about worst case scenarios constantly. Their minds never calm down. But mostly they struggle with guilt and shame. Whatever the actual diagnosis is, they feel like they are never enough. They feel like everything is their fault. They look back on their childhood memories and cringe because they feel unbearable.

I want to help you face down your shame and find peace your life experience. I want you stop feeling so guilty and realize you are a good person. I'm an expert in guilt shame, trauma, and scrupulosity OCD. I practice specialized therapies called ERP and EMDR that are considered highly effective for OCD and trauma treatment.

I understand that knowing you have worth and feeling it in your bones are different. I know how exhausting it is when your own mind doesn’t feel like a safe place. I won't push you harder than you're ready for. I will help you make peace with your past, feel good enough, and cut off your shame at the roots.
