I have a passion for helping my clients get unstuck from things holding them back. I am a psychotherapist who has worked in the mental health field since 2010 and am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I work with individual ages 18+ and have experience and specialty training in working with anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, and eating disorders. I have experience working in all levels of care including inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and individual outpatient therapy; including in a school setting.

Betsy Dulak is a state licensed professional counselor, nationally registered art therapist, and has been working with clients since 2005. She earned her undergraduate degree at Florida State University, where she swam for their swim team, and her master's degree at Mount Mary University. Betsy specializes in treating adults with mood and anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and issues of trauma, grief, and loss. She helps clients increase their insight to develop changes in negative thought patterns and behaviors.

Danielle Brown is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin who has been practicing since 2020. She received her BS from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and her MS from Mount Mary University. Danielle has specialized training in prolonged exposure (PE) therapy for trauma/PTSD from a nationally known behavioral health hospital in one of the only evidence-based residential programs in the country. She utilizes schema therapy to help understand and challenge maladaptive core beliefs and behavior patterns.

Krista Oelhafen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 5 years of experience specializing in eating disorders, anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, life transitions, and children's behavioral issues. Krista treats patients between the ages of 5 to 30 utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Family Based Therapy.

I have received my Master's Degree from Marquette University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My training during school involved inpatient hospital work for about 2 years. My most recent experience has been in various adult day treatment programs for the past 7 years; this involved both individual sessions and group sessions multiple days a week with the same client (PHP and IOP programs). I have had advanced training in addressing OCD and related anxieties, Trauma Counseling, Depression, Emotional Dysregulation and Interpersonal Conflict needs.

I specialize in treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Excoriation (skin picking) & Hair Pulling Disorders, Tic Disorders, and anxiety disorders including Separation Anxiety, Selective Mutism, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety, Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), and Specific Phobias.
