Erin Meyer MS, NCC, LPC-MH, LAC and QMHP provides mental health and chemical dependency counseling services to individuals, couples and families. Erin focuses on providing high-quality counseling services in Sioux Falls, SD and the surrounding area in counseling children, adolescents and adults with a variety of issues. She uses a multitude of interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in a positive, solution-focused fashion to help learn to solve their problems. I am also trained in EMDR and am certified in Postpartum mental health.

Couples and families who are experiencing distress often play the "blame game" and experience difficulty in communication. As a counselor and third party, I strive to help clients listen to each other, find healthy communication techniques, and accept responsibility for their roles in the relationship in turn encouraging love and respect to grow within the family system.
