My approach tailors an effective and empathic treatment to meet each client's needs through Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and/or Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I have experience treating people suffering from anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, eating disorders and personality disorders within specific treatment interventions specifically tailored to these populations.
