In a confidential and compassionate environment, we provide evidence-based, counseling/therapy services to individuals, couples, families, children, teens, and adults for a variety of issues. We also provide neuro-psychological testing and evaluation that may be needed for a variety of reasons: determination of a possible learning disability (AHDH, Autism), fitness for medical procedures (bariatric), Fitness for duty/Lethal weapons testing (Act 235/Act 120) . I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor who has been providing mental health treatment for over 25 years. I received my BA in Psychology from Montclair State University and my MSW in social work from Marywood University. I hold certifications in addictions treatment, forensic social work and motivational enhancement/cognitive behavioral therapy. Considered a "subject matter expert" in the modality of telehealth, all of my sessions are held with my client's safety and wellbeing a first priority.

I have worked to create an integrated, evidence-based, and holistic group practice where my vision of the ideal environment for growth can unfold. I treat depression, anxiety, and other conditions which may arise from job, relationship, family, or loss of a loved one. If you are suffering more acutely, say with panic or trauma, I rely on my specialty Internal Family Systems, which provides blessed relief. Trauma can result from even a car accident or a hospital procedure. Trauma can cause eating disorders, drug addiction, gambling, OCD, panic, and more. Even failed relationships can be a result of trauma. All these can be treated successfully.

I currently have openings for new clients who are available early morning to early afternoon. I specialize in attachment based relationship challenges and complex trauma. In addition to those specialities, I support clients who are challenged with depression, anxiety, general stress, and the emotional aspects of weight loss and challenges associated with weight loss. I encourage those I work with to think about all areas of wellness including: social, emotional, mental, & physical well-being.
