The Center for Relational Change is Pittsburgh's premier family therapy practice. Our clinicians are skilled, caring, insightful licensed therapists helping individuals, couple and families work through issues of self-worth, depression, anxiety, childhood trauma and abuse, and more. We work with everyone, regardless of race, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, etc. If you, your partner and/or family are having a difficult time healing from past issues, working through present concerns or want to maintain a healthy future, the Center is a great place to begin investing in yourself and your relationships.
The philosophy of therapy at the Center is both collaborative and holistic. Clinicians view therapy as a collaboration between their clients and themselves. In addition to resolving the client's specific concerns, clinicians empower their clients with the ability to enrich their overall quality of life beyond problem solving. They believe successful therapy embodies deep and abiding respect for the client's uniqueness, coupled with profound emotional and psychological presence, and the mastery of a wide range of therapeutic skills on the part of the therapist. They also believe in a holistic approach to therapy. They believe it is essential for therapeutic growth to consider the mind, body, and spirit, all of which construct the path we choose in our daily walk through life. Whether you're struggling with a particular issue, or just can't shake the feeling that there should be more to life, clinicians at the Center can help. They provide a caring environment in which you can identify and explore those issues that may be getting in the way of a more rewarding life, or more fulfilling relationships.
The clinicians at the Center are capable, compassionate, experienced clinicians that provide individual, couple/marital, and family therapy for a wide range of issues, including but not limited to, relational conflict, trauma and abuse recovery, parent-child conflict, anger management, co-parenting, family therapy, couples therapy, working with issues related to anxiety, depression, sexual orientation, gender, and race/ethnicity.
