This can include anxiety, depression, obsessions and compulsive behaviors, impulsivity, inattentiveness, anger, emotion dysregulation, picking/pulling behaviors, social skills, body image, confidence, and life stressors. My therapy style is encouraging, accepting, and goal oriented. I provide an outlet to help individuals to share emotions and to strengthen resilience. I highlight individuals’ self-worth, guide them through completing tasks, while helping them learn to live a values-based lifestyle.
