Working with children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety and OCD is where my primary focus and expertise lies. I provide evidence-based treatment with a focus on cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), incorporating elements of mindfulness and positive psychology. My ideal client would likely suffer from PTSD, anxiety, negative self-talk, and struggles with daily functioning at times.
