I work with folks anywhere in PA and have 15+ years of experience in treating OCD, trauma, and stressors around pregnancy, birth, and parenting, especially birth trauma and postpartum intrusive thoughts. I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), an evidence-based approach that emphasizes compassion, connection, and flexibility and harnesses what matters most to us to guide our goals and actions amidst the hard stuff of life.
