I am a cognitive-behavioral therapist specializing in OCD, anxiety, depression and relationship issues. My approach is based on dealing with the problem head on and helping you function effectively, not just in my office. I believe there's no time to waste in helping you live independently and successfully.
My clients come from a range of backgrounds, but I am specially placed to help members of the Orthodox Jewish community in getting effective therapy. As an assistant professor and director of a family crisis intervention program, I try to combine clinical accuracy and compassion in my work with clients.
