I specialize in the treatment of OCD, hoarding disorder, and all other anxiety-related disorders: social anxiety, phobias, panic disorder, PTSD, generalized anxiety, tics, and body-focused repetitive behaviors (e.g., nail-biting). As part of my practice, the primary treatment for these conditions is exposure and response prevention therapy, or ERP. What maybe differentiates my practice from others whose principal therapeutic modality is ERP is that I am able to accept a wide variety of insurances. Additionally, I am one of very few clinicians in the state of Minnesota who specializes in the treatment of hoarding disorder.
