With over 35 years experience, I specialize in medication management. After a complete evaluation, we will create a treatment plan just for you that addresses your mental health needs. My services include evaluation, medication management and brief counseling in a 30 minute session. If you need longer, more intensive therapy or already have a counselor and just need the medication component, I will refer or work together with your current counselor to get you what you need. Telepsych available which we will be utilizing until it is safe and most likely ongoing.
I have a subspecialty of OCD. I have a handful of clients that I add ERP to their med management treatment plan. If you are interested, it will take a few visits to evaluate whether I would be a good fit for you. Otherwise, I can refer you to my network of therapists. We just recently added the Sinclair Method for treatment of Alcohol Use Disorder.
