Craig Marker, Ph.D. founded The Anxiety Treatment Clinic of South Florida in 2006 while a professor at Nova Southeastern University and the University of Miami.

Richard Spivey is a Marriage and Family Therapist who has been practicing since 2021. He graduated from Mercer University in Macon Georgia with a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Richard believes that in order to be a good therapist he must rely on the patient to help design effective treatment options. He believes that the patient is the only person that can determine if treatment is working so he sees providing therapy as a combined effort between the therapist and the patient.

Having been in therapy myself, I understand how intimidating and uncomfortable it can feel to ask for help, especially at our lowest moments. On the other side of this discomfort, however, is the opportunity to live a healthier, more connected, more authentic life. I’m here to create a compassionate and non-judgemental space in between.
