I've specialized in treating anxiety disorders for over 25 years. With experience, I've discovered what works to help my clients overcome panic attacks, OCD, phobias, generalized anxiety, health anxiety, social anxiety and more. In addition to practical experience, I have advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and am a graduate of the International OCD Foundation's Behavioral Therapy Training Institue (BTTI). I currently serve on the Board of Directors of OCD Central and South Florida (an IOCDF affiliate).
In addition to providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), I am excited to offer a newer evidence-based approach called Inference-Based Cogntive Behavioral Therarpy (ICBT). Groups
Overcoming Anxiety and OCD
Anxiety Center of Tampa is offering clients a chance to learn skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in a small group environment. This Virtual group will meet weekly for 90 minutes and homework will be given to enhance learning between sessions. Dates and times will be determined based on client needs.
