Welcome to my practice! Have you been feeling like anxiety, low mood and motivation have been getting you stuck and preventing you from living the life you want to? Anxiety is a normal and important feeling that we developed to protect us from harm. If you are experiencing overwhelming levels of anxiety though, it can prevent you from doing things you care about, disrupt your social life and cause intense distress. Similarly, if you suffer from very low mood and motivation, it might seem impossible to engage in activities you previously cared about.
My goal is to help you understand what triggers these feelings, why they keep coming back, and how you can get unstuck. I specialize in using CBT, mindfulness and acceptance-based approaches, and also incorporate data and technology in therapy to capture what's happening for you in the moment and help make meaningful changes outside of the therapy room.
As an expatriate, I am also sensitive to cultural and diversity issues. I am bilingual in English and German and am able to provide therapy in either language. Do you have questions about my work or are curious about what therapy with me would look like? Schedule a free consultation call on my website.
