I have found that telehealth sessions are both convenient for clients to easily attend in the midst of their busy lives, as well as allows us to work on anxiety using the home environment or including important family support.
I utilize both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure Response Prevention, SPACE principals, and Solution Focused Interventions in my practice. These are evidence based treatments that have proven to help reduce anxiety in children and adults. If at any point I feel that my approach is not helpful, I'm honest and point you in the right direction.
As a parent with a child with anxiety, I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed/stuck and how it can affect your entire family. If your loved one isn't ready to go to therapy, then I can meet with you and give you tools to support them as well as help you to reclaim your personal boundaries/emotional health.
