Hello, I am a Certified Trauma Specialist and I specialize in treating anxiety disorders. My practice encompasses all age groups; children as young as 3, and veterans suffering PTSD into their 80's. My goal is to rapidly reduce your anxiety with brief, highly effective, therapies including EMDR, Clinical Hypnosis, Systematic Desensitization and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). trying to talk yourself out of anxiety doesn't tend to work, talking and working with me does.
