I work with clients who are addressing such issues as: grief and loss, health concerns that effect one's emotional and mental well-being, life-threatening diseases, addressing end-of-life transition as well as the aging process. I also work with compulsive behaviors, anxiety, depression, separation and divorce, and relationship challenges such as; separation and divorce, communication gaps, and parenting conflicts.
I utilize tools (such as CBT) and strategies (such as positive psychology) to change the behaviors and limiting beliefs. In the case of aging, and end-of-life transition is to achieve a place of acceptance and peace.
I integrate my training as a yoga teacher to work therapeutically with clients using the wisdom of ancient practices and written text, and the health advantages of the physical aspects of yoga.
