I am experienced in helping clients who are distressed and overwhelmed. My focus is to assist adults, adolescents, and couples lessen or eliminate anxiety, depression, stress, fears, relationship issues, substance abuse, and trauma. Learning parenting skills, and collaborative communication are achievable. The goals of self efficacy and self esteem are attainable and realistic with treatment.
I employ Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Psychodynamic Therapy, EMDR, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate change. Our attainable goal will be to decrease destructive behaviors, lessen intrusive thoughts and reduce feelings of anxiety, fear and depression.
