I specialize primarily in the treatment of anxiety disorders and OCD-spectrum disorders, and my theoretical approach blends various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral, to address each client's needs. I have 25 years of experience working with individuals and couples to address issues including mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related difficulties, relationship problems, chronic illness, and grief, among others, but I prefer to work currently with clients dealing with anxiety disorders and/or OCD. I am skilled in ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention and also offer evidence-based Inference-based CBT to treat OCD
