I am a licensed clinical psychologist and the Co-Founder of the Center for Anxiety & Behavior Therapy which specializes in providing evidence-based treatment for anxiety disorders including OCD, PTSD, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, panic, and phobias. I also treat eating disorders, body-image issues, and hair-pulling/skin picking. My work is largely guided by cognitive behavioral therapy principles, but I often incorporate aspects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) when indicated. I seek to help clients meet their goals and return to the meaningful parts of their lives through a collaborative, goal-oriented, and practical approach.
I've been fortunate to hone my skills as a therapist at several world-renowned institutions throughout my career. I've held positions at Harvard Medical School, Boston University School of Medicine, and the University of Pennsylvania. I frequently give workshops and presentations about evidence-based treatments for anxiety.
