I was born and raised in Cuba and speak Spanish and English. I identify as a woman, Latina, immigrant & mother. As a clinical social worker, I pay attention to environmental, intergenerational & systemic strengths and stressors that may impact your life. I primarily offer EMDR therapy. Additionally, I utilize DBT, and self compassion skills and resources.
