systems thinking; meaning that I believe that people’s thoughts, ideas and actions are strongly influenced by their systems, or the people around them: families (both chosen and of origin), communities, cultures, and society as a whole. Throughout this process, I will bring the tools, but you will decide which ones to use based on your own values,
motivations or lifestyles, or whether or not to use them at all. Through my therapeutic approach, and your willingness, we will team up to explore the ways you want to invite change into your life, and how to get there. I believe in therapy. I have seen it work.
