My goal as a therapist lies in working to help my clients overcome obstacles and life stressors by teaching skills to improve thoughts, overall mood, and move towards healthier behaviors in order for them to meet personal goals and live healthier, more fulfilling lives. I use a variety of different methods that are individualized to meet the need of each client.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, addictive patterns, eating disorder treatment including Binge Eating Disorder, Obesity, and personality disorders including Borderline Personality Disorder. I am certified in EMDR and well trained in working with trauma and PTSD. If you find yourself stuck in the same self defeating patterns or constantly overreact in anger, I can help. Poor sleep, drinking too much, raging, binge eating/excessive dieting, or over medicating can dull emotional pain but there are more effective ways to cope and reduce stress to find a life that offers more peace, joy, and healthier relationships.

I am a native Texan who has lived and worked in the Houston area most of my career. I have a background in mental health providing services to individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief any issues which cause distress.

As a licensed psychologist and AASECT certified sex therapist, I work with a variety of mental health and sexuality concerns. I view psychotherapy as a collaborative process where the client and the therapist work together to facilitate positive change. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked as a First Responder for over 20 years and continue to work on the ambulance part-time.

Kailynn Klepfer, LCSW-S, CCTP obtained her Master’s Degree in Social Work at University of Nevada, Las Vegas and has 10 years of experience as a Licensed Social Worker. Kailynn supports moms who may be struggling with postpartum depression, anxiety, or struggling with their identity since motherhood. Kailynn also treats working professionals who need help setting boundaries, decreasing anxiety or depression, or improving work-life balance, perfectionism, and/or relationships. Kailynn utilizes her Certification as a Clinical Trauma Professional to treat adults who have experienced trauma or have insecure attachment styles.

Nanci Loren is a Licensed Clinical Social Work Psychotherapist who graduated from Columbia University Graduate School of Social Work. Ms. Loren received her Master of Science in Social Work in Clinical Practice. She works with all ages, from child to senior citizen and couples composed of various genders. She coordinates with her clients to help them become the best version of themselves and to achieve their goals. Ms. Loren specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, abuse, women's issues, change of life, trauma, grief and loss, PTSD, LGBTQ, and a the gamut of mental health issues.
