The goal of my practice is to improve the quality of life of my clients and assist them reach their full potential and personal goals. Specializing in family and couple therapy. I have been working in mental health for over a decade and it is my greatest passion in life.

I am a certified licensed social worker specializing in the integrative holistic approach to psychotherapy, counseling and nutritional wellness with twenty-four years in private practice. I utilize my experience and applied knowledge of family systems theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, nutritional wellness, weight loss and holistic healing to help create lasting and meaningful change. Treatment and healing can only be achieved by working on the entire mind body soul connection and my role is a facilitator providing a safe and comfortable space at which the healing can begin.

Let me be brief: I work with a multitude of issues and problems that relate to: couples, anxiety, depression and anger management. I also work with addictions including eating disorders. My approach can help you work through unconscious conflict (repeating patterns again and again without understanding why) as well as compulsive behaviors such as drinking, thought ruminating and habitual behaviors that are difficult to control.I can help you 'evolve' out of your particular problem.
