As a licensed psychotherapist for more than 25 years, I have had the privilege of supporting people of all ages, as well as couples and families as they navigated through the challenges they faced. I truly love what I do, and I am passionate about helping people get through difficult times, helping them to be happier and more fulfilled in their lives and relationships. In order to help more people, I formed a group practice of compassionate therapists, each with their own unique style and set of skills, and a passion for helping others.

We believe in a client-centered approach and use a variety of effective therapies in a safe and non-judgmental space, which is so important for growth to occur. We will help you transform limiting beliefs and patterns, so you can create positive change in your life. I am also trained in EMDR for the treatment of trauma, anxiety, and other issues.
