THQ ideal client has experienced the gamut of the traditional medical/mental health approach of managing anxiety/panic attacks, often through medications, and is now ready to eradicate once and for all the debilitating, life robbing attacks. THQ has created a unique and effective protocol utilizing hypnotherapy and cognitive behavioral training which allows you to end anxiety/panic attacks in 3-7 sessions. After first session you will not experience a full blown panic attack, for the majority they are alleviated.

I have worked in a variety of settings including hospital medicine, primary care, chronic care management, acute rehabilitation, telemedicine, mental health, pain management, home health, MAT therapy, hospice, university teaching, and medical aesthetics.

I specialize in treating anxiety and stress (general anxiety, specific phobias, panic attacks, social anxiety, performance anxiety, OCD, etc.) and also enjoy working with clients to resolve relationship issues, familial distress and self-esteem challenges.
