Therapy Style: Therapy session with Yelena Shik is supportive and goal-oriented. "Each client is unique and requires an individual approach", says Ms. Shik. "I am experienced to work with patients of different background and culture. I use different techniques, such as cognitive/behavioral therapy or meditation to find what works best for my patient."
