I use specific assessment techniques and evidence- based practices such as: behavior skills training, functional behavioral assessment, exposure, communication skills training, mindfulness techniques, and role plays/rehearsals. In a typical session, we will review your personal goals, actively practice skills that help you achieve them, and decide together what treatment should continue to focus on.
I use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to provide a customized approach for each client. As a licensed clinical psychologist and , licensed behavior analyst, I am consistently pursuing top technology in treatment options to offer quality and research-supported services to my clients.
