Hi, I’m Kirsten. I work with teens and adults (14+) who are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in painful patterns, or disconnected from themselves and their relationships. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside while silently struggling with anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, identity concerns, grief, or major life transitions like new parenthood and changing roles. Some come to therapy feeling frustrated because they’ve “tried everything” but still don’t feel better.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor trained in Brainspotting, EMDR, and Trauma-Focused CBT. My approach is warm, collaborative, and compassionate, focused on lasting change—not just coping skills. I help clients process trauma, reduce anxiety, improve relationships, and reconnect with themselves in a grounded, authentic way (14+).
