We bring together practitioners who are passionate about the mind-body connection with a focus on Trauma, Chronic Illness, Anxiety, Grief, Postpartum & Pregnancy, and Stress care. We believe in educating and empowering individuals on their mind-body connection and have a plan in place when times get hard. Our focus is genuine connection with some humor thrown in, individuals who are wanting support & accountability.
Each practitioner offers traditional therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused as well as mind-body connection modalities. We believe the whole body needs to be integrated into care for effective mental health.
