At Oak Bridge Counseling, we are a dedicated team of mental health professionals who strive to help our clients by providing compassionate counseling services and helping them achieve a fulfilling life. What sets our practice apart is every therapist within our practice has tailored experience and expertise working with children and adolescents. Two of our therapists specialize with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We all bring unique experiences with children to help our clients grow into healthy individuals. All of our mental health professionals utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which helps clients identify and change negative thought patterns and focuses to improve personal mental health and relationships in life. Some of our therapists utilize specialized therapeutic techniques for relationships and also healing from trauma.
