Many of the people I work with have tried everything: medical treatment, PT, medications, and still deal with chronic pain, fatigue, or other persistent symptoms. If that’s you, you’re not alone, and your symptoms are real. In many cases, ongoing symptoms are driven by patterns in the brain and nervous system rather than ongoing injury or illness. My work focuses on helping your system shift out of those patterns so symptoms can begin to change. This doesn’t mean your symptoms are “in your head,” it means your body has learned something it can also unlearn.
My approach integrates nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and trauma-informed care. We work to reduce fear around symptoms, process underlying patterns, and help your body move out of cycles of activation, shutdown, or overwhelm. This work is especially helpful if you feel stuck despite understanding mind-body concepts.
I work with adults experiencing chronic pain, fatigue, migraines, IBS, pelvic pain, and anxiety-related symptoms. My practice is collaborative, grounded, and LGBTQIA+-affirming. If you’ve been told “everything looks normal” but you still don’t feel okay, this work may resonate.
