I use an integrative approach to meet each client’s needs, drawing from modalities such as Acceptance & Commitment (ACT), Person-Centered, Narrative, and Emotion-Focused techniques to help individuals evolve into their best selves. With additional training in Gottman Level 1 for couples therapy aiming to help clients engage fully in their relationships.
I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including bilingual Spanish speakers, to build confidence, and create a supportive space where your needs come first.
Overall, my hopes are that my clients feel respected in their therapy experience. By working together, I hope to help my clients feel empowered, secure, and believe in themselves.
