Great to meet you! It's been a privilege to work with clients trying to find their way through life. In therapy, we establish a collaborative/trusting relationship in which we walk the path together. I currently work with adolescents and adults. I enjoy working with clients with various life stressors such as addiction, depression/anxiety, and other family/childhood issues. I speak Spanish and English. My multicultural upbringing has helped me to impact the lives of people of diverse backgrounds
I offer a safe place to let go, share and be vulnerable. I approach my clients objectively and give them permission to explore their own thoughts and feelings. My work experience has given me an intimate glimpse into the lives of people who are both similar and different than myself. This diverse perspective helps me join my clients where they are.
In addition, I myself come from a diverse background given the fact that I am a Latina raised in the Southern United States. My culture along with my extensive experiences helping others has afforded me the ability to positively impact the lives of others'.
