I provide trauma-informed somatic counseling for Neurodivergent adults and parents. I collaborate with clients on their growth journey and advocate for their well-being. We work to identify and dismantle internalized ableism and oppression, and help clients move from self-doubt and shame to self-acceptance, self-appreciation, and self-trust.
I am a fellow Neurodivergent human invested in elevating and uplifting other Neurodivergent folx. I know what it's like to be highly sensitive in a neurotypical dominant culture that values productivity and fitting in above everything else.
