I use mindfulness, energy psychology, EFT, to relieve stress, heal trauma, anxiety, relationships. We work collaboratively, listening to conflicting parts and needs, discovering how to integrate these parts to fulfill your unique potential, talents, and power, learning to recognize and transform blocks to their fulfillment. With those who wish to explore spiritual aspects, we look at the meaning of experience, including mindfulness meditation, teachings from all religions, radical acceptance, emotional intelligence. We work on many levels, from practical decision making; connecting past and present issues; symptom abatement and coping skills, goal setting; to a spiritual search for the authentic self and its means of expression.
We use Gestalt dialogue and Psychodrama to clarify goals, remove blocks and self-sabotage, and to improve relationships. When needed, we can combine coaching for goal achievement, whether creative, family or romance, and look at issues of self-esteem, trauma, procrastination.
My training includes Gestalt, subpersonality work, EMDR, cognitive, behavioral, creative arts, journaling, visualization, imagery, Jungian, Buddhist, and other spiritual traditions, hypnosis, psychodrama,,Bioenergetics, primal, group, marital and family counseling. I consider the role of the body, including nutrition, exercise, and creating new neuronal pathways, using EMDR.

Overcoming Blocks to Success
This group will focus on discovering and understanding the causes, origins, uses, and costs of whatever blocks us from achieving goals, desires, fulfillment of talents, creativity, power and greatest potential. We will address blocks to creativity, work achievement, and happy relationships. We will work with night and daydreams; use creative and expressive arts, including journaling, psychodrama, creative writing, movement, poetry, and visual arts. We will investigate and change our guiding stories and myths; discover, dialogue, and integrate our many parts, or subpersonalities. We will use imagery, shamanic journeying, and meditation to access our highest wisdom, and find spiritual guides.
