Therapy with me is a collaborative approach where we seek to understand your full experience, to shine a gentle and understanding light on the most difficult aspects of what it means to be you.
I seek to challenge my clients in an environment of acceptance. This includes understanding the complex and conflictual nature of your emotional world. It has been my experience that through this awareness comes growth, decreased suffering, and an increased sense of freedom.
I work with individuals aged 14 years or older. My areas of specialty and interest include helping people navigate important life transitions, overcome adversity and loss, improve relationships, manage impulsive or compulsive behaviors, and cope with their difficult emotional experiences.
